Community nursing

PCS community nursing provides clinical nursing and/or personal care services to participants in their own home as part of the NDIS scheme. Community nursing services can assist with medication, wound care, hygiene and help with showering or dressing. Community nursing services can help to restore or maintain your health and independence at home and assist you to avoid early admittance to hospital or residential care.​

Household task support

NDIS participants can choose PCS to help with household tasks and any jobs they struggle with such as cleaning, washing, dusting and mopping. PCS staff are well trained cleaning professionals and are available to clean your home on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis at a time that suits you. We will match our staff to your needs.

Home care assistance

PCS’ qualified and trained staff are there to take care of your personal needs provided in your home, and this includes help with daily self-care tasks such as :-​

Transport Services

PCS offers participants and their carers transport to hospitals/doctors’ appointments, social visits and shopping using our staff’s fully insured and roadworthy vehicles.​


Our nursing staff live in your neighborhood and, together with those close to you and your doctor, we will work with you to develop plans that are suitable to your needs. PCS will bring to you specialized nursing care in the comfort and safety of your home and at any convenient times to you. We will take care of all your concerns.


We offer fun and goal oriented . This is what we are registered under the NDIA to provide. suppactivities that focus on learning, fitness, community engagement and fun.
